Immunisation For Adults In Relation To Travel

All travel vaccines must be arranged at least 6 weeks prior to travel.

Please complete form and hand into reception at least 6 weeks before holiday departure date.

We regret that we cannot offer travel advice if your travel departure date is 6 weeks or less away or if you require vaccines unavailable on the NHS. Travel vaccinations are available during surgery times by appointment with our nurses.  Please ensure you have obtained any prescriptions you may require before attending your travel consultation. Not all travel immunisations are available on the NHS. You will need to visit a specialist centre or travel clinic for the following vaccines : Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis, Yellow Fever, Japanese Encephalitis, Tick Borne Encephalitis & Rabies
